Bluebird Barrel Rested American Gin is a marriage of epic proportions. We first distill our base spirit from scratch, then redistill w/ Citrus, Juniper & Spices from around the world. We keep the proof high & lay to rest in freshly dumped Bluebird Four Grain Bourbon & Wheat Whiskey barrels. This gin awakens to velvety layered notes of vanilla, citrus, honey suckle, candy & spice.
